Demand side management and HVAC industry

Overviews achievements of demand side management (DSM) technology in European countries and the United States, describes development and challenge in China, analyses the role of HVAC industry in development of DSM technology, and puts forward some suggestions of enhancing HVAC involvement in DSM technology development and application.
